I bought SPIR due to an upper respiratory infection... I've been drinking it 3x a day for 2 days and I feel so much better. I love this as a tea when I’m feeling a little stuffy. It really clears out mucus & bonus points if you breathe in the steam as the tea steeps! I also love it in tincture form!
