Refund policy
Refund Shipping is to be paid by the customer. Three Moods does offer free return shipping.
There is no restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued on orders that have not yet shipped; if it has shipped then no refund will be given unless items are also returned. Wrong addresses will not have refunds issued. Refunds or replacements will be issued with returned items that were received damaged or broken.
Returns will be given full store credit of purchase price. If you need assistance or have questions please feel free to email us at threemoodsshoppe@gmail.com. We would love to assist you with your order to make sure you get the correct item!
Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered.
-Items not eligible for returns include Sale/Clearance items and jewelry.
-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.
-Merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted on items that were damaged or broken during shipment. You must contact Three Moods within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged items and the package it was received in.
-If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is received back, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
-Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
-Store Credit does not expire.
