Q: How long is your turn around time on orders?
Our turn around time is currently 5 business days. I ship everything USPS First Class Mail and it is usually received within 2-3 days once shipped. Please understand at this time Three Moods Shoppe is our second business so we do have to work outside our main jobs work hours. We do work as fast as possible to get everything shipped as quickly as possible.
Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?
At this time, we do not.
Q: What are the difference in your extraction bases?
There is not one. It is a matter of preference. Three Moods Shoppe strives to be inclusive of everyone so we offer choices for those not comfortable with alcohol or living a sober lifestyle.
Q: How many tinctures can I take?
However many you are comfortable with. Our tinctures are safe to mix and take at the same time. Please note, the sleepy products do need to be taken 30 minutes before bedtime and you should not operate heavy machinery or drive after taking them.
Q: Are the tinctures safe for children?
You can give children the Apple Cider Vinegar tinctures but you will need to reduce the dosage. Please discuss the herbs with your child's certified health practitioner before administering any herbal remedies.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
Alcohol based tinctures are good for up to 3 years. Apple Cider Vinegar tincture are good for up to 2 years. Balms are good for up to 1 year.
Q: Is it safe to take medications/supplements with the tinctures?
Please speak to your certified health practitioner before starting any herbal products. We cannot speak to the safety of mixing herbs with prescribed medications.
Q: What crystals are good for (insert condition)?
If you are looking for a herbal product, crystal or tea that is good for a specific ailment or intention - simply type that word into the search bar at the top. It will pull all of the products available for that issue.
Q: How many doses are in a bottle of tincture?
Our bottles are 2 oz. There are approximately 60 1 ml doses in each bottle. How long it lasts depends on the dosage you take and how often.
Q: Can you use the tinctures or teas while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please consult with your certified health professional before using any herbal product while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Q: How do you take a tincture?
You can take the tincture directly or mix it with a liquid of your choosing. Whatever is easiest for you. Some tinctures are not the most delicious of flavors and often times mixing them with liquid is easier to take.
Q: Will I get drunk using the vodka tincture?
If you follow the dosage directions, you will not get drunk.
Q: How do you store your products?
Tinctures need to be stored out of direct sunlight. You may refrigerate the tinctures once opened if you prefer. Balms need to be stored in a cool place. They will melt in extreme heat.
