Herbal Haze Steam Kit

Congestion got you unable to breath or talk? Try an inhalation steam! 

INSTRUCTIONS: Use half the package in 1/4 gallon of water or the whole package in a 1/2 gallon water. Bring the water to a boil, add herbs. Let boil for 1 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit for 1 minute. Carefully cover head and pot with a towel to catch the steam. Inhale for 10 minutes to break up congestion.

Rosemary, Oregano, Holy Basil and Mullein join forces as they steep in hot water allowing you to breathe in the steam containing their volatile oils straight to the source of the problem. It is a game changer when used for congestion.

Rosemary is anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and antibacterial. It also contains cineole, a compound that can break up mucus.

Oregano is antifungal and antibacterial and can help relieve sinus congestion.

Holy Basil can help open airways and improve breathing. It also helps with swelling and inflammation and can help with phlegm and postnasal drip. 

Mullein is the lung herb and helps with a large variety of lung issues.
