So good for colds and congestion
I struggle with upper respiratory infections and chronic allergies! This tea mixed with some honey is soothing to the throat and helped me keep my airway clear! It’s a must have.
I bought SPIR due to an upper respiratory infection... I've been drinking it 3x a day for 2 days and I feel so much better. Still not back to 100% but I can work and sleep without as much struggle to breathe. Plus it tastes good! I put a bit of honey in it and it makes my throat and sinuses feel so much better.
