Ingredients: Whole milk powder, Colloidal Oatmeal, Sodium Bicarbonate 

Directions: Use half the package directly into bath water. Soak for 20 minutes. Use milk baths only once a week due to the lactic acid content.  (There is 2 baths in each pouch)
