Bewitched Bath Tea

When you are in need of a restart and reset, Bewitched can fix you right up! Peppermint and Eucalyptus team up to not only assist in opening your airways, but enhances the easing of sore muscles and back pain. Peppermint boosts circulation, calms cramps and spasms, soothes inflamed skin, among other things. Eucalyptus has been used in baths for generations for aiding in congestion and muscle aches. So pour a bath, brew this tea and allow your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate!

Ingredients: Peppermint, Eucalyptus

Instructions: Pour the contents of the pouch into 16 oz of boiling water (Remove the water from heat. You can pour herbs directly into water or into a muslin bag that is set into the water). Let steep 20 minutes. Strain the tea (or remove the bag of herbs). Take the herbal bath tea and pour into a freshly drawn hot bath. Soak for 20 minutes. If desired for additional muscle aches/body pain relieving benefits, add 1 c. Epsom salts to bath when adding the tea.
